Roles & Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor internal projects
Manage client-facing digital marketing projects
Build collaborative long-term relationships with clients
Assist with general admin, project-based and internal tasks

VMAs are problem solvers. You will find answers to questions and calm the concerns of your client while assisting the Lead Strategist on a day to day tasks. You’ll foster open and honest relationships internally and externally as our resident communications expert. You are the glue that keeps your team focused on the client's success as well as the success of your team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent English communication skills
Minimum 6 months experience with Asana, G-Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Project Management, Client Facing Communications Role (Account Management)
Basic to intermediate knowledge in e-Commerce (Shopify), media buying, and social media marketing
Previous experience working with remote team and marketing agency
Fast and reliable internet connection (at least 5Mbps) + back up
Located in S.E Asia, however, available to work either in the USA or AUS time zones*
Ability to follow step by step processes for executing tasks while anticipating tasks and projects that need to be created BEFORE being asked to do so
Must be a team player, excellent communicator, and enjoy a good challenge
Highly organized while managing several projects and clients every day
