So what’s the job?
We are looking for a fun, detail-oriented, extremely organized Virtual Assistant to help support our team in daily administrative tasks and help keep us organized and on track.
Flexible schedule with the freedom to work from home.
Previous VA/Customer service experience is required.
If you are available during the day-time US, approximately 7 pm - 3 am your time, that is also a plus, but not necessary. Being available during these hours can potentially create greater compensation for you.

What will you be doing?
Administration tasks (including but not limited to)
Customer Service & Support Team (non-tech)
Support in overall operations of the company
Task management
Event prep and organization
Social Media management
Quality Control
Experience in task management programs such as Trello, Clickup, or similar programs
Google drive
Microsoft office
If you have graphic design or web development experience that is a plus.
If you are familiar with the internet marketing space, organizing events, or travel management that is also a plus.
BUT the MAIN TASK you will be hired for is customer/support service with our clients (we are going to give you scripts and situations templates).

What’s the compensation?
We are starting this position at a monthly rate of $300 per month (25 hours of work per week) but there’s a chance that we can start you off at more based on your experience
