JOB OVERVIEW

Fledgling Website Service Company Needs Assistance with Online Content Management and Customer Support/ Service.

Required:

Very strong written communication skills in English.
For example, You will need to assist United States-based customers through forums and write new content for these customers' websites.
You will be expected to find answers to customer questions online, and interpret the answer as a forum post in the customer support forum on our main network sites.

Good verbal communication skills are also helpful, but the ability to communicate effectively in English online comes first.

Doing Research Online is a large part of the job.
Given a topic, industry, or anything else, you will need to find the most relevant content online for us to repurpose. An example is Tourism Marketing given a specific city.
Given a US City can you find dozens of articles on things to do, places to go, etc, that we can then rewrite with our own twist?

You may be asked to summarize what you research into key points or even spreadsheets.

Requires ability and a strong interest in researching competitors, customers, vendors, industries within a city and consolidating that information into spreadsheets.
Taking what you research and writing new content and/ or summarizations may be a large part of the Upgrade to see actual infopending on you the job may be tailored to fit your style. If you are more analytical you may be asked to focus on research and summarizations, technical support topics. If you are more creative, you may be asked to focus on the research and rewriting of content marketing materials with accompanying images.
The job will evolve accordingly, but we're looking for someone who can be a dedicated part of a team.

Helpful but not required:

A good aesthetic intuition, an eye for design, is helpful. You may need to find images that match the content you collect for us. If you are an aspiring designer, graphic or web, that may come in handy later.

Do you have knowledge and experience with a graphics program, such as GIMP or Adobe products, to be able to resize photos and any other photo editing?

You will be interacting with WordPress sites in a limited capacity, so experience with that is helpful but not required.
If you know Wordpress mention it for extra points and include whether or not you have used any page-builders, or form-builders, or woocommerce.
