Role
As a Virtual Assistant, your role is to provide administrative and task management support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work n a one-to-one basis with your reporting manager to support them in managing the team day to day processes at a larger level.
Responsibilities
- Attending Daily Huddle meetings at 9am EST.
- Replying to followers comments and messaging by engaging on these Instagram

- Ensuring all ChatBot responses are handled by the end of the day.

- Exploring other niche related
- Adding relevant users as friends so that you’re able to add them to our company
- Influencer giveaway management
- Working to contact influencers on a provided spreadsheet to confirm participation willingness in various Instagram giveaways.
- Recording their response, cost, niche, and any other relevant data deemed necessary so that their account can be leveraged for giveaways.
- Monitoring data on Brand24 and recording important metrics, researching content
- Managing payouts on giveaways and ensuring that all participants are posting as required.
- Responding to webinar questions and comments in EverWebinar on a daily basis.
- Ensuring all responses are up to date by the end of the day.
- Monitoring the Webinar feed consistently throughout a working day with a minimum check-in of 5 times daily.
- Monitoring and filtering ad comments on Instagram,
- Removing negative and/or unnecessary comments
- Interacting with positive comments and feedback to increase engagement and conversions.
- Ensuring that followers are directed to the appropriate channels based on the support request.
- Preparing reports, presentations, files and other assets required that are related to your performance for meetings 72 hours prior to allow . sufficient time for review and revisions.
- Documenting common questions, concerns and issues from followers and prospects to identify common themes that can be used for content positioning and improved conversion performance.
- Assisting both the Support and Marketing team with any duties deemed necessary for improving the user experience and conversion of marketing campaigns.

Results
- Increasing the LTV of clients over time.
- Increasing paid marketing campaign conversions and performance over time.
- Handling all inquiries related to your role within 12-24 hours maximum.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Virtual Assistant for a 7 figure or larger company.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must be available 40 hours+ / week between the hours of 9am to 5pm EST.
- Must have a working knowledge of G-Suite, ClickFunnels, EverWebinar,
- Must be available for mandatory Daily Huddle meeting at 9am EST Monday to Friday.
- Must be able to excel under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience in a customer service related role is highly preferred.
- Ability to solve issues independently with a ‘figure it out’ attitude.
- High-level communication skills and attention to detail.
- Driven to meet or exceed expectations at all times.
- High standard of personal presentation and company confidentiality.
