We are in need of a Project Manager

We are a growing digital marketing agency located in Vancouver, Canada. We're looking for someone who can help be a liaison between our Canada team and our established Philippines team. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Project managers might work by themselves, or be in charge of a team to get the job done.


YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DISTINGUISH YOURSELF FROM AN ADMIN: this means you are not here to do what I tell you to do only. You have a sense of management where you manage things and meet deadline.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Leadership Skills: You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees.
Time Management: You will be working with employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple plates at once.
Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
High speed internet connection
Quiet, home office free of distractions
Must have a great attitude and coachable
This individual needs to enjoy communicating with others and building relationships.
Knowledge in Google Applications: Calendar, Contacts, Gmail
The Daily work schedule would be 9am-5pm (PST). That is 12mn-8am in Manila

We offer fair pay and performance bonuses. We will likely start off training part-time (20 hrs per week) for two weeks, then switch to full-time.
