Social Media, Sales and Marketing Wiz

Kanvas Cosmetics are a UK company specialising in Botox and Dermal Fillers. We are looking for a marketing wiz to join our team and expand our social media potential.

$400 per month

Obligations:
Running Facebook and Instagram
Quality checking photos
Editing photos (photoshop, before and after, campaigns, editing video montage)
Writing captions
Posting all posts (through the use of scheduler)
Posting campaigns, discounts and offers on Instagram story
Monitoring, updating Instagram highlights when needed
Replying to all comments and interactions
Programming instagram bot to like, follow and engage with certain accounts and content
Allocating ad spend accordingly and promoting paid posts
Creating target audience changes for ad spend
Contacting influencers/PR/Management agencies to work alongside us
Ability to make promotional material (photos and videos) for Snapchat - both ads and geofilters etc


General sales & booking/admin
Replying to all enquiries on treatments (you will be trained on knowledge)
Upselling, pushing dates and locations to make sales
Taking deposits off customers
Following up past enquiries in the hope to lead to future bookings


You will have an opportunity to make commission on every booking you make, so it is in your best interests to constantly be engaging with the account, . This is a full time role, which will be constantly monitored by your line manager. Engagement and customer replies will need to be prompt (within 1 hour 9-8pm thursday-monday UK TIME and at least two-three times a day on wednesday and thursday).

A large amount of creativity and initiative is needed for this role. You will have a line manager for any questions however most discounts, campaigns etc will be created by you/ you will work alongside your line manager to create these.



Skills required:
Faultless English
Sound use of photoshop, photo editing and ability to create online promotional material
Ability to edit videos (max 60 secs)
Incredible creativity & imagination
Understanding of Instagram/Facebook Upgrade to see actual info
Understanding of setting and promoting to certain target audiences
Sales driven, ability to push sales in friendly, casual manner
Understanding of beauty industry
Ability to spot social media/current affairs/ media/ celeb trends and implement these in your work
Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and how to avoid this


This is an ongoing role and for the right person could be an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company with more opportunities for work and career growth. Your line manager will support you with ideas/themes, however it will be your job to execute these successfully. Creativity and a “bigger picture” view is key, as well as a thorough understanding of the beauty industry and the Kanvas Cosmetics image. You will have every opportunity to use your own initiative and enthusiasm to create your own campaigns and add your own direction is a must.
