JOB OVERVIEW

**Come work with TOP NOTCH Family Owned business whose seeking for a customer service agent that is extremely detailed oriented and has a great/fun personality and is accent neutral. Our goal is to see you personally grow and succeed!

Although we will give our input, the ideal candidate should come with experience and be able to begin working right away with minimal to no guidance.

Qualified candidates MUST possess the following skills:

- Advanced/Mastery of the English language (especially written): You will regularly post on all social media outlets, so you must possess great creative writing skills. You must have strong grammatical fundamentals.

- Strong knowledge of social media marketing: This should include Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.

- Existing customer services: If you have no experience in customer services, you should not apply for this job. You will be asked in detail about customer services strategies during the interview and if you don’t have answers, this will disqualify you.

- Focused on assisting one company at a time: We want your undivided attention to your position in our company. We will not hire someone who is currently employed.

Other Skills Needed:

- You should have experience with customer service (the best would be already with dropshipping)
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Slack (preferred experience with Asana)
