Create Photorealistic 3D CGI using 3DS max for interior and exterior rendering

Hello! Please read carefully and only apply when you agree with the offer and possess the following skills that we are looking for. We are a private owned company looking for a someone who can:

- create Photorealistic 3D CGI using 3DS max for interior and exterior rendering
- design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software
- work from rough sketches and specifications created by the owner
- can recommend on how best to manually measure and draw the plan to aid in making the floor plans
- can provide us with an estimate of how long he/ she can complete the task

This is hourly based. We will agree with the number of hours in advance.
