We’re a fast-growing, exciting ukulele brand from Australia. We’re seeking people passionate about music/musical instruments, with a fun, bubbly personality. While we like to serve our customers quickly (who are total legends by the way) we also like to be ourselves, which is fun, happy and a little cheeky (sense of humor). That’s just what our brand is all about.

We are charitable and have our own foundation which you’ll experience while working in our team.

You will be in charge of on-boarding our entire product catalogue onto Amazon marketplaces using Amazon Excel Flat Files and managing the success of these product listings. Product Database, Barcode database, Product descriptions and Data entry will be your domain to thrive. Once you have Amazon nailed, you’ll start with Ebay, Etsy, Walmart and monitor our Shopify listings. You will be the go to person for managing our products across all ecommerce platforms. Since we like to scratch each-others backs, you will be working with our support team full of ukulele gurus and warehouse product preppers to ensure customers have access to our full catalogue of ukulele products. At busy times, we often all chip in assisting with customer service to ensure absolute customer delight. – We love our customers! So, at the very least, you need to be able to play a musical Upgrade to see actual infon you picture yourself in this role of bringing ukulele product listings to life, thrilling customers, managing databases, inventory levels, and orders day in and day out?

While the role is predominately administrative, it includes other various tasks such as:
- Providing excellent customer service via email and live chat.
- Managing basic logistics from our USA warehouse.
- Managing basic logistics from our Australian warehouse.
- Working with our global purchasing manager.
- Basic Image editing and working with our graphics design team.
- Barcode database and product catalogue management.
- Writing and proof-reading catchy product titles and descriptions that grab the customers attention.

We are looking to hire someone who can hit the ground running. You need to be a self-starter and be able to manage data efficiently and with great accuracy. We aren't going to be holding your hand the entire time and turning you into a robot.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have experience with playing a musical instrument. Knowledge of the instrument will be developed over time, but you must be prepared to learn constantly and be on your game.
• Must have a bright, cheerful personality but at the same time hammer through tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must as we are a fun company who talks to customers like they are our friends. Do you have a fun, jovial personality? As this will shine through your product descriptions and customer interactions.
• At least 12 months relevant background and experience
• Having at least 12 months Customer Support job role/experience is an advantage
• Above average typing speed.
Great database / data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time
• Amazon experience is an advantage along with Shopify

Work hours: 9am to 6pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday, with one hour off for lunch.
