SENIOR WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Minimum 2 years WordPress experience.

Here's what I'm looking for in someone for this position:

- Really good at designing solid, clean Wordpress sites and understanding designing sites to market and sell, where the call to actions are clearly noticeable
- FAST work. I need quick turnaround times for everything so that we get things done fast :)
- EXCELLENT communication. I CANNOT have long periods where I don't hear back from you or where it's hard to get in touch. We need to be in communication constantly so we're both on the same page
- EXCELLENT english. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE SOMETIMES so you need to have a solid grasp of the english language, be able to speak and understand english well
- NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions
- NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make Upgrade to see actual info just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we'll just setup a system to make sure it doesn't get repeated. Simple as that!

- DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn't freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes designing, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself
- Has a Facebook and Skype account (or are willing to create them, both free)
- When you have no work to do you find what could be done for our websites


We create and maintain a number of websites and looking to develop more and need someone to take charge and maintain the sites.

We are seeking a highly intelligent and enthusiastic person. Must have great skills in written English and can follow instructions perfectly for the role of Wordpress Developer.
If you have design and graphic abilities you will stand out above the rest (send samples if you possess such).

Sound experience is required for WordPress, PHP, CSS and JS.

Position is home based.
