Full Time Customer Service Officer (Phone+Chat) For E-Commerce

My name is Aurio and I am the Director of Quest Commerce. We operate one of the largest outdoor ornaments e-commerce stores in Australia.

Due to our recent expansion, a vacancy has opened for a Customer Service Superstar to represent our company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our growing company with great pay, benefits, support and coaching provided.

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful applicant shall have the following;
- Availability b/w 9 am to 5 pm, Mon to Fri AEDT
- A quiet and professional working environment (no noises from animals, babies etc)
- Fluent in both written & spoken English (UK English, not US English)
- Sales experience demonstrating influence and persuasion and the ability to built rapport with customers. We want a warm and engaging representative who is focused on helping each and every customer to the fullest!
- Shopify: Previous experience or can demonstrate you’re a fast learner.

WAGE:
You will be paid AUD$700 per month + 1% of all sales (uncapped) you generate via phone, email and live chat (uncapped). Our order value ranges from $40 to $8,000+ so the commission can really be quite high. Payment will be paid Upgrade to see actual infomissions paid on the first Friday of the following month.

I will Increase your salary and commission based on your performance. If you look after the store I will definitely look after you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You will be in charge of all customer service during the 9AM-5PM business hours. This includes:

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone/email/live chat
- Following up customer leads on all channels
- Processing orders
- Calling suppliers to ask questions and check stock
- Drafting quotations
- Other administrative tasks including but not limited to product uploads, product write-ups, listing products for advertising on other platforms

Our store covers the home and outdoors niches. Some customers are rough tradesmen and others are old ladies. You will need to accommodate and adapt to each Upgrade to see actual info’s very important that you’re always willing to be extremely friendly with our customers and treat them like you would treat your best friend. We like to have a joke or laugh with our customers and if they are unhappy for any reason we always try to make them feel happy again - even if they are not necessarily correct. This is very important to me, we need to build strong relationships with our customers.

(3) They will then be asked to join a video chat via Skype where a series of basic questions will be asked.

(4) Once we deem you're suitable for the position training will start immediately.
