The Credit Pros needs a FT employee that can work our EST hours. This position will be 35-40 hours. The person for this role must manage our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). They must be able to read a process and do it or if the process requires a manager or a specific agent, delegate that task to someone else. The responsibility of the Process Controller is to make sure the task GETS DONE, whether that means they do it or someone else does it. If someone else does it, the Process Controller must make sure it got done!
The point of this role is to follow the processes!! This position will have oversight in the beginning but then after they learn everything, can commit to doing it autonomously!
Preferred Experience: working with Salesforce, Zendesk, at least 2 years working with an American company,
Required Experience: can work with little supervision, makes sure things get done!
