JOB OVERVIEW

Here's the deal:

We've got lots of self generated consumer leads, tons of data, and a custom built marketing system.

We use personalization, drip sequences, evergreen funnels, and multi-channel communication to turn those leads into Upgrade to see actual info works.

Which is great, but....we could be doing better. And a big part of that is just putting in the work to keep implementing and testing new things.

We're looking for someone that can help move this process forward on a daily basis.

I'm willing to train someone on our systems and the methodology. So, while at least a little relevant experience (in email marketing, marketing automation, or conversion rate optimization) is needed - we don't need a pro. The goal is to work together long term and build up your abilities over time.

This might be the right role for you if you are:
1. Pumped up just thinking about conversion optimization and split tests.
2. Able to think through the customer's purchasing journey and use that to inform your plans.
3. Comfortable writing emails and creating other content as needed.
4. Analytically minded, detail orientated, and super organized.
5. Comfortable taking direction, working collaboratively, or leading the charge.

You'll work directly with me in the beginning and then transition to a more self-directed role with less frequent check-ins and more emphasis on results.

We operate on US (central time) hours. Much of the work can be done at any time though. So, as long as there is a partial overlap (3-4 hours per day) with our business hours for meeting availability - you can work whatever schedule works best for you.

If that sounds like fun (and you're up to the challenge of learning a new system and industry) - you should apply!

For consideration - please include "21A" at the top of your cover letter and then give me three bullet points of why you'd be good for the job.
