Design and Develop a Woocommerce/Wordpress site supper star needed

Hello folks,

We need someone who can "DESIGN" and "DEVELOP" a modern easy to use neat ecommerce website preferably in woocommerece or wordpress (you may suggest in your proposal) for our product called "Honey Licks" for pet dogs (dog treat) - see pictures attached.

Our main concern is the quality and creativity of the presenation for this website/store as we are launching a NEW product in the market ... so the first impression 'the design' is very important for our customers to visit our site/store and of course to purchase the products.

We have six flavours of the products and we would be looking to bundle them for selling say for example Buy all six flavours and get one free or buy two or more flavours get 10% discuounts we should be able to be creative and offer bundle pricing to our customers and any other suggesstions you have or a plug in that can do this are also wellcome.

So please think about how you want to present this with a time line and budget to deliver the complete design and website.
