Real Estate Marketing Director

-Marketing the homes on all social media, such as Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and others and write the blogs on major real estate related websites, post relevant videos on real estate related matters and run the trip campaign for all current and past clients
-Build and Maintain TopProducer CRM and my websites
-Communicate with buyers and sellers on-going basis
-Built and maintain the database for marketing purpose
-Post MLS draft listing, pictures, virtual tour and others and make sure it is updated all the times.
-Order to install and remove For Sale signs, marketing catalogs, Just Listed and Sold postcard,
-Set-up appointments for home showings
-Review and respond to e-mails
-Must work full-time and exclusively for me. Must have high-speed internet and newer computer
-Must be good in English writing and speaking
-Must be available to pick-up on a timely basis
-Preferred real estate related experience but will train to those who may have potential and starting salary will be $300 and once trained it will be just double or $600 but experienced personal will start making $600 from 1st month.
Must be available from 9am to 6pm with one-hour break from 1 to 2pm Chicago USA Central Standard Time
