CakePHP Developer

Developer needed for application development. This could lead to a long-term position, and possible for part-time or Upgrade to see actual infokePHP framework for a CRM

We are looking for a developer that has experience with CakePHP framework, and experience with CRM development. Your role can/will include meeting with our lead developer daily to review tasks & projects. Must be familiar with SCRUM or similar development process. Responsibilities will be for particular projects for releases, and development of particular features.

1. What is your experience developing specific features for a CRM software

2. What hours can/do you work (We are a U.S. based company, so there will need to be some overlap daily where we can meet and discuss work)?

3. Have you worked with a team and can you communicate constantly with a team?

4. How do you review your code before you submit a project for completion?

5. How do provide deadlines, and meet those deadlines? What happens if something takes more work that you expect? Do you push back the deadline, do you communicate with the team, or do you just get it done?

6. Can you provide examples of past work you've done? Can you explain some features you built, what you did for them, how long it took you?
