Need someone with attention to details, quick learner, whos hungry for commisions to mange my social media and content creation day to day while offering large paychecks for every lead you bring me that gets closed. $50-75/lead closed is pretty average and passed workers averaged 3 a week working less than 2 hours mon-fri each day. I grow instagram accts and need someone to monitor and maintian hundreds of accts with me, its easy work, just need time freed up. I use trello, gsuite, slack, wordpress, zapier, calendly, manychat, and offer free access to hundreds of paid courses for you to learn at your leasure off the clock and will pay you to watch them until youve mastered the desired skillset needed to get the job done right and on time. I own a marketing agency and manage the instagram growth department for a big agency that outsources all their work to me. Whoever gets this job is gonna make way more than salary thats normal, i want you highly motivated and enjoying what you do. If you pay for own salary in commisions monthly the paychecks will grow proportional to the money you make me.
