JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Service Representative.

Welcome to GiftCash! We are looking for an individual to be a part of our customer service team! We are hiring immediately, so please submit your applications!

You will be doing:

1. Answering customer Emails/Calls/Texts/live chat.
2. Handle Customer's concerns regarding their orders.
2. Resolve concerns and cancellation requests by looking up customer orders in our support system and processing.
3. Address customer's general concerns and questions.
4. Answer customer questions about our services.


What we require in our team members:

1. A fast Internet connection. You can test these requirements by running a simple test at speedtest.net
2. Computer: You can use a desktop or Laptop with no problems. 2.2ghz processor.
3. Available for 8 hours per day Pacific Time Monday-Friday from 6 am - 6 pm, and/or weekends.
4. Possess excellent English speaking and writing skills.
5. Have a backup internet in case of emergency; a nearby coffee shop is okay.
6. Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB to ensure proper phone sound quality and call quality.

General Job Requirements:

- Will be answering inbound calls/Texts/Emails from low and high-end clients
- Fluent in English with no or little accent and excellent grammar.
- A pleasant voice on the phone and over emails.
- A have a quiet working area
- You have an up to date computer that operates well.
- You have a stable and quick internet connection
- You’re able to work with a headset and mic if needed.
