JOB OVERVIEW

We are an insurance agency specializing in personal policies. This position will require basic service tasks like processing policy changes, renewal quoting, new policy quoting, and proposal generation. Back office support to the agents to help with time management. We are looking for someone that can process off call service as well as be customer facing. you will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls and determining where they need to be transferred to and collecting date to make the required changes. Basic computer skills and an ability to learn new systems are required We currently use EZLynx Rating Software, Infusionsoft and RingCentral.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with an US based insurance agency preferred – Auto and/or Property
Voice Recording required
