VA for Real Estate Office with Technical Experience

Seeking VA with enough technical and customer service experience to do the following:
1) Post Facebook ads with lead forms
2) Zap leads to KV Core and other lead follow up systems
3) Manage leads database for more than one Realtor
4) Make out-bound phone calls to database to schedule appointment to talk to Realtor
5) Map out and schedule property showings for Realtor
6) Create property fliers and other types of fliers

Requirements:
Excellent American English
Excellent writing skills
Proficient use of Facebook ads and Upgrade to see actual info (Kunversion or KVCore is ideal)
Pleasant phone voice
Enjoy talking to prospects and getting them excited to buy a home
Take excellent notes for follow up
Sufficient technical skills to find, fix and improve overall lead management systems
Work full time and be totally dedicated one employer
