I need assistance with a variety of office and administrative tasks. I would like to start with this task and see how this works. I have not hired a VA before so this is a trial run.

I am a real estate investor most of the time. However I work on buying, selling and starting other businesses.

Currently, I am working to start a new legal medical Marijuana operation in Missouri. I need someone to create standard operating procedures (SOP's). I do not want you to create these from scratch. I want you to spend minimal time researching / searching for other similar documents that we can copy.

These need to be professional, technical, and legally correct. This task will require some research. These documents will be reviewed by US lawyers and doctors and will likely require multiple modifications. When these documents are ready we will use them in our application to obtain licensing for marijuana. The application is VERY competitive and these final documents will need to be top notch.

itially, it is most important to get a basic professional and consistent format for all documents with basic operating procedures. We will then customize as we develop our final plans for the application.

The ideal applicant will be able to help me with a wide variety of task and if i find someone that I can work well with I will need more help on the following tasks.

- data entry, modification, and creation in MS Excel and word
- create, execute, and manage direct mail and cold calling marketing campaigns.
- create, execute, and manage virtual marketing campaigns through facebook ads and qiagqtedfd posts
- research products, businesses, people, and report findings
- prepare construction and real estate related contracts, scope of works, materials orders and invoices
- bookkeeping
