Dropship Accountant

We source products to Amazon from variety of different suppliers such as Walmart, Home Depot and several other suppliers. We're growing and selling nearly 1000 products a month. We need help with accounting and tracking of item costs/profits. We need someone who will examine where we are losing profit and how we can maximize gain.


To be qualified, you must know:
Be an expert in Godaddy Bookkeeping, google sheets, gmail
Be proficient with Amazon Seller Central and Tax Jar
Be familiar with US and State Tax Laws (these can learn as you go)

You must have experience with being a VA accountant or bookkeeper and have verifiable references.

Job Requirements:
Honestly and Integrity
Track sales, expenses, monitor refunds
Experience working with the dropship business model
Not afraid to chat via Skype to store owner and Upgrade to see actual infon manage up - tell owner what he needs to do and explain why in simple Upgrade to see actual infon communicate in English
Will include what your favorite food is in your application or cover letter
Send a daily 'check in email and have a weekly skype or phone call to business owner
Help business owner separate his business and personal expenditures
Make recommendations to owner and be creative with ideas
Can deliver results (save the company money, find errrors)


This is a part time position. Starting Salary is $2 dollars hours per hour / 40 hours per week . All employees are hired on a trial basis, but we do seek long term partnerships for the right persons. Salary reviews will occur on a regular basis - as our company grows, so will your income. There also may be leadership and advancement opportunities offered in the future.
