Position: IT Development and Management
Hours: Full time (35-40 hours/week)

ROLE

The Role of IT Development and Management is to maintain all online web platforms in working order for our members. To update and manage new web development. To liaise with other IT specialists to maintain continuity of supply, whilst managing and implementing software updates. To advise on hosting and networking options and ensure the maintenance of our hardware along with software upgrades. To liaise with all team members who require support and new web based solutions for business development. To troubleshoot and problem solve to find quick solutions when disruption to our online services are affected. To support and assist customers directly as our leading IT technician as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

LEARNDASH
Implement updates and provides support with Learndash

WEBPAGE DEVELOPMENT
Manage and maintain the development of hub website, membership website and other websites

CLICKFUNNELS
- Generates marketing and sales pages using Clickfunnel

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provides email and technical support for online education course and existing customers

SCHOOLS SETUP
Setup teacher and student accounts and assign them to schools for online learning course.

HOSTING
Maintain hosting performance at optimal level by communicating with hosting support

COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER DEVELOPERS
Maintain constant communication with other developers for continuous development of websites

BACKUPS
Generate system backup for websites and email accounts

SECURITY
Maintain security by looking for spam and malicious files on the server

CONTENT
Create monthly newsletter and update homepage

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Generate graphic materials for websites and promotional use

VIDEO
Edit videos for branding and promotional use
Upload videos to Vimeo and embed them to websites

PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
Observe performance of websites and make necessary changes to speed up the loading time

SEO
Analyze keywords and optimize for search engine ranking

DIRECTORY
Manage and approve pending listings on the directory

SOCIAL PROOF
Manages and maintain social proofing using Proof application
