The ideal candidate has been developing and managing websites and has a high level understanding of how to build a website that is user friendly and involves minimal maintenance.

We will have a photoshop file for a homepage of a website. The design needs to be created in HTML/PHP to be skinned in an existing website. There will be a mobile design already created for a responsive site.
