We are looking for a full time Virtual Assistant to place check-in calls to our past clients, prospects and referral partners. Scripts will be provided, but you must be able to think quickly and handle multiple tasks at once. You will be managing all
Familiarity with programs like MLS (Multiple Listings Service) system for real estate, Floify, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Jungo, TopOfMind SureFire are preferred but not required as long as you are willing and eager to learn.
You MUST be able to work between 9am and 6pm Pacific Standard Time (USA). You must be able to give 40 hours per week (FULL TIME) and have NO other job. A dedicated computer with wired Internet Access that is reliable and fast is required, and a high quality headset with microphone is required as you will be using RingCentral VoIP. Knowing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a BIG plus, and you MUST speak and write EXCELLENT English, with Americanized accent preferred.
