Web designer and developer

I’m looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented with excellent design and web development skills to be my web developer

Summary
? This is not an entry-level designer/developer position. You MUST have at least 2 years’ experience working as a web developer and a web designer
? Expect to get several requests from me, many of which include tasks that must be done within 48 hours.
? You'll handle all my web development and web design needs.
? This is a part-time role, starting between 10-20 hours per Upgrade to see actual infopending on how we work together, this could increase to more hours per month.
? We will have calls during CET business hours. We communicate via email, chat, and phone.
? When a task is assigned, progress updates are to be provided daily without fault.

Tasks and Responsibilities
? Manage website(s) in WordPress, Drupal and other Websites technologies
? Create designs for Company logos, Website, Business cards, Power-presentations
? Create imagery for internal consumption on internal intranets. Buttons, arrows, grids, etc
? Design websites, web apps, widgets, mobile apps
? Build websites in platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and other Websites technologies
? Development in HTML5, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP and my-sql for any required custom development
? Development and designs can be done in all types of languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, Dutch, German, etc.
Knowledge & Skills
? High level of experience with Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, PHP and My-SQL
? Ability to quickly learn new software applications
? Capability to set up new systems and processes in order to streamline web development functions
? Ability to adapt to new cultures, languages and different ways of working.
? Organized, pro-active and diligent.
? Honesty and frontality to assume errors and provide Upgrade to see actual infocation and Experience
? At least 2+ years’ experience as web developer and a web designer
? Ability to handle several requests per week
? Ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
? Highly organized and efficient
? Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
? Forward-thinker
? Must be reachable during the hours of 8AM - 8PM CET and respond to messages within 2 hours
? Top notch communication via email and phone with internal staff.
? Exceptional command of English language. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and other languages is a big plus.
? Perfectionist, super attention to detail
? Since this is a virtual position, must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
? Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having a limited amount of face-time
