Online Business Manager

Company Overview:

This company provides ECommerce services to include building product brands, building websites, building custom product brands for clients, product photography, and several other ECommerce services.

Duty Description:
Manages all company teams, and coordinates between them to ensure flawless integration. Acts as an extension of the business owners, implementing new products, programs, and services. Handles escalated client disputes. Assists in hiring new assistants. Manages all day to day business tasks. Advises business owners in new ideas, and ways to improve the business and day to day operations. Able to work independently without daily oversight, while managing 3 teams (6-8 assistants total)

*This position will be highly involved in assembling the team that will be working with them. Team will include:

2 customer service reps
2 product sourcing reps
1-2 data entry reps
1-2 Shopify experts / personal assistants
