Accommodation Business- Long established business which is currently lack to maintain and marketing.
1. Monitor the front reception work during business hours.
2. Room rate comparison and adjustment on a daily bais.
3. Book keeping with Quickbook (minor)
4. Airbnb account maintaining, including account updating, request handling etc.
5. General admin task
6. Review management, monitoring reviews on all third party website and communicate with front reception staff to ensure any adverse review are handled.
7. Contents writing , updating all third part websites property information.
8. Data entry
9. Marketing campaign setting and
10. Social network account keeping.
11. Research, to gather information and dates about events happening around the area
12. Marking material graphic design

We are a growing business that requires an all-rounder to assist the executive to assist to manage the multiple business and own personal agenda. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and a fast learner. As there are about 10 people to communicate within the business, we need a team player to be willing to communicate with the team. A help nature will be highly required as part of the role will be the PA of the executive.
