Vector Illustrator/Guru Needed for Graphic Design Projects

We're looking for a graphic artist/designer to help on an As-Needed-Basis for some of our new, black & white educational notecard designs.

The project:
We'd like to pay you to design 3-5 samples of one of our new educational notecard designs so we can dUpgrade to see actual info on the new design language to move forward with. The opportunity to design the actual notecards follows quickly thereafter.

- 3-5 Samples of a single Educational Notecards with a professional, formal design (text will be provided)
- Output: 2-color (black/white); Inkscape .SVG format

Candidate Requirements:

- Must demonstrate a strong design portfolio of work - Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape
- Must have access to a stock image library & a wide font selection
- Must be able to take the basic project requirements and add their own creativity and design expertise to make AMAZING and unique designs
- Must be able to pay close attention to details
- Must be able to Read/Write/Speak English at a high proficiency
- Logo design, Book Cover design, Product Label design experience a BIG PLUS!

Expectations:

- As Needed Position - Payment based on per-project completion
- Must be able to have some minor time overlap with Eastern Timezone of the U.S. (9am EST) in order to briefly communicate with the team
