Experience Virtual Assistant needed for Marketing Account Management

Our Digital Advertising Agency is looking for a highly skilled and experienced project and account manager who is VERY hardworking, trustworthy and FLUENT in english.

We are looking for an experienced VA to come on to our team full time to help run our online marketing campaigns. We will train you on our standard operating procedures on each task and you will be assigned specific tasks to get done each day to start. Then we will have you help us hire and train more Virtual Assistants that will each be assigned a specific set of our daily operating tasks. You will be managing our team of assistants and ensuring quality of work from each one on a daily basis. As well as perform a set of assigned daily tasks as well. You will receive highly specialized training in how we run our marketing campaigns and the entire process. You will be helping us with our daily tasks, and grow and train our team, managing the team going forward.

Daily Tasks Include:
1. Uploading & Managing Facebook Conversion Campaigns & Boosting Posts and Engagement on FB Pages
2. Recording Stats & Reporting Them On A Daily Basis
3. Recreating Ad Images & Text From Images & Texts We Give You
4. Managing Our Daily Task Board Ensuring All Projects & Tasks Are Complete
5. Once You Have A Firm Grasp Of Standard Operating Procedures You Will Help Us Hire Out A Team Of Virtual Assistants To Help Delegate All Daily Tasks To (SUPER IMPORTANT)
6. Post Jobs and Run Hiring Process
7. Manage Team Once We Get To That Point

This role is very important for us, we are looking to scale our business up very quickly and having someone skilled and experienced who is a quick learner will be the most important thing.


Requirements:
1. 5 Years or More As A Virtual Assistant
2. 2 Years or more Experience Managing Facebook Ads Campaigns With Experience:
- Uploading Ads (You won't ever have to come up with your own ad ideas),
- Checking Ad Performance Stats
- Launching Conversion Campaigns
- Installing Facebook Pixels In Offerings
3. Photoshop experience
4. Experience posting jobs and hiring
5. Project Management experience
6. Experience managing a team
7. FLUENT IN ENGLISH NO EXCEPTIONS

Hours: In the Range of 12:00pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) - 11:00pm PDT Monday through Friday
-Note: You are not expected to work those full 11 hours, you just must be available to work in that time
frame

We will be looking to start with a trial of a couple of weeks. This will be your training period where one of our team members will be training with you everyday. We will start slow and build up on time every day. We will be considering multiple applicants.
