Virtual Assistant

Hello! We are a private owned company looking for a motivated individual to grow with us. We host properties in AirBNB, booking,com and other booking sites. We also manage sales in Amazon Europe.
Our company needs someone who:
• Is willing to work from12 MN to 4 or 6 AM PH time (possibility to extend to 8 hours working time in the future)
• Can send, respond to emails from guests
• Manages booking calendar making sure they are synchronized
• Answers phone calls from guests
• Researches competitors
• Processes sales and shipping in Amazon
• Can do Accounts Entries and make Property description brochures
Experience with online sales, Shopify and Google advertising is a plus.
Knowledge on hosting sites and processing sales is not necessary. We will provide you with a short training once you get hired.
