Professional Tshirt Designer

We are looking for a professional high quality graphic designer to create T-Shirt designs.
Having already experience in this job is a big plus!

Requirements:
- Good graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator etc.)
- Logo / Typography / Cartoon design
- Good English skills
- Creativity (think out of the box)
- Knowledge about trademarks and copyright
- Stable Internet connection
- Skype and Upgrade to see actual info account
- Reachability
- You should be organized
- Fairness and honesty!

Your Task:
You have to create graphic designs, which will get printed on blank T-Shirts.
We will give you samples and general topics / niches the designs should be about. Then you have to create these designs in your own style. Never copy 1:1 - Recreate a better version of it. This will not be easy!
Everything in the designs has to be created by yourself, so you are not allowed to use copyrighted graphics from the Internet. We’ll check!
Copyrights mustn‘t get violated. Furthermore all rights of your results belong to us. You aren’t allowed to publish them in any other way.
The file transfer works with Dropbox. The communication with Skype.

Casting / Pitch:
After you apply, there is a short casting. You have to work out some exercises.
The three most convincing will get the job, first for trial period of 1-2 weeks, afterwards unlimited.

Quantity, Quality and Sallary:
It’s important for us to produce a decent number of different designs per week, so that our customers have a good choice.
Additionally, it is necessary that the designs are of high quality.
Therefore, the following payment is implemented:
You will get 20USD for a pack of 10 different designs that you deliver. For each design that sells at least 10 times, you get extra 20USD. (So it‘s possible to earn up to 220USD per design pack.)
Payment is on a weekly basis.
