JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence using gmail and outlook
- dealing with phone calls
Organising emails and reporting and prioritising in our gmail account
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation not often but if necessary
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
managing databases and electronic filing systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
-collating and filing expenses and invoices
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary
Respond to Customer Emails and prioritise email to ensure time saving for me
Chat with Customers online
Repond to email queries
Use mail apps for email marketing
Respond to Facebook Queries
Ability to pick up call UK/USA time will be a plus
