ABOUT THE POSITION:
1. Responds to, follow up with, and qualifies prospects via
2. Sets up appointments with interested prospects who are qualified.
3. Book the appointment on the appropriate client’s calendar.
4. Update prospects stage based on responses in clients CRM.
5. Notifies Team of the appointment and dialog that happened with the prospect.
6. Follow up with prospects who didn’t have immediate hiring needs.
7. Keep an eye on the marketing campaigns and notify our Team when the campaign is performing poorly.
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay on a weekly basis for 1st week, biweekly after 1st week.
• We pay bonuses for great work and employees who show initiative and drive to grow the business
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every week you work, you proportionally accrue paid time off, totaling 12 days over the entire year.
