Long term - I need a developer with WebRTC experience - WebRTC is a must

I need a web developer who has experience with webrtc. My current platform is build on Node, Angular JS and Codeigniter. So the developer must be experience is PHP and Javascript. My current application is a video and calendar platform that is integrated to a existing wordpress site and I need to get some new functionality build and fix some bugs.
