Full Time Virtual Assistant (Customer Support/Content Writer)

Hi,

Thanks for taking a look at my general VA opportunity. This is a full time position - 40 hours weekly
I am an online entrepreneur looking for a versatile VA, to assist me with the following key tasks and other smaller jobs.

TIME ZONE
Sydney (GMT+11) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Manila (GMT+8) Monday - Friday 5am - 1pm

DAILY REPORTING
Simple bullet point e-mail at the end of each day


PROPOSED COMPENSATION
USD $600 - USD$800 (full time) per month with a review at 6 months


Primary Duties

- Content writing about autism, anxiety, depression and mental health in general (in your application, please write a couple of sentences about why you think raising awareness around mental health is so important)
- Customer support tickets (via our helpdesk platform)
- Live chat support
- Respond to reviews left by customers
- Following up with customers to get them to give a review
- Processing refunds for customers, etc.
- Replying to Facebook and Instagram comments


Required Skills

- Excellent written English
- Helpdesk (e.g. Zendesk or Freshdesk)
- Attention to detail (please start your application with "Hola Andrew")
- Content writing (in your application, please share examples of previous articles you have written in the past)
- Shopify (basic) or similar CMS experience (this can be easily learned if you have some experience with a different CMS system)

Desirable but not essential
- SEO skills
- Wordpress (basic) posting of articles, simple formatting
- Graphic design
- video editing
