Hidden Gem Investors, LLC is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller/Lead Generator) to assist our growing Real Estate Company in Laurel, MD! You will be the first point of contact for our new leads or deals. As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will obtain critical information about seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for us. A huge part of your job will be generating new leads, consistent and tracked follow up and setting appointments. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, loves building relationships, and understands the sales process. The ideal candidate has experience on the phones and experience in calling homeowners in the real estate field. We would like you to be someone who considers themselves a people person and has truly exceptional rapport building skills. *Responsibilities: -Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
-Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
-Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
-Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
-Learn Scripts and follow training systems to continually progress at converting leads over the phone.
-Qualify leads to accurately dig for motivation, situation, deal killers and property condition.
-Evaluating properties based of tools provided and providing a general offer to the Sales Managers.
-Provide financial information and analytical data to potential sellers about their specific property.
-Track calls, contacts, deals and communication with all clients on provided CRM.
-Learn to use ALL real estate software and programs that we provide for you.
- Manage and answer all leads calling and registered in website, making sure that all communications are being logged completely in CRM.
-Submit daily reports on calls, conversations, and appointments set.

*Qualifications:
There are certain requirements for our VA’s and they are as follows:
1. You must have a computer (not older than 8 years) and workable headset
2. You must have excellent internet navigation skills.
3. You must be proficient in typing (30WPM+)
5. You must be able to download to your computer
6. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
7. You must be able to speak and write good English.
8. You must have good communication skills. Must love talking to strangers and creating new relationships and building long term relationships.
9. You must be willing to work a minimum of 20-40 hours a week. Must have flexibility and can commit to a schedule from 9:00am-8:00pm Eastern Standard Time (tentative schedule will be 6 hours).
10. You must be reliable.

Pay & Bonus scale:
1. $20 Bonus after first week of successfully completing training/ and accumulating 15 leads.
2. $5 Bonus for each deal contracted.
3. $75 Bonus on each deal closed. (set to increase on consistency of deals)
4. $2 raise GUARANTEED (after 3rd deal closed).
5. Annual bonus GUARANTEED (Based on performance, make sure to track your numbers).
