We are an up-and-coming web development company.

One of our goals is to create some of the best premium WordPress plugins in the world, that will help people build better websites and online businesses.

We're looking to hire dependable WordPress-plugin developers and customer support reps, on an on-going basis.

You will get the chance to work on many exciting projects. You will always get paid on time.

- - - HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS POSITION - - -

1) 80% of the time you will be developing WordPress plugins.

20% of the time you will be doing customer support (debugging, answering customer questions, etc...). You will be doing this for plugins you develop, as well as for other plugins we have developed in the past (we understand tri=oubleshooting of plugins you haven't created may take a little longer).

The above percentages will change slightly here and there, depending on whether we are in a "building" phase or a "product launch" phase - but this should give you a good idea.

2) You need to be able to work alone (a self-motivated star) - but also collaborate with other team members when needed (always remotely from your computer of course).

3) The ideal candidate is someone who hates excuses.

Everybody on our team meets deadlines. We also respond to customers and each other in a timely fashion.

People who vanish without warning or who aren't serious about this position shouldn't apply. :-)

4) Initially, you will start with 15-20 hours a week. As we get to know each other and build trust, you can start working full-time.
