JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for an experienced virtual assistant with experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns (B2B) and sourcing / screening potential suppliers.

You must have significant experience in running digital marketing campaigns or project management in order to qualify for this position. A great understanding and experience on using Social media such as LinkedIn (including ads campaigns) and other similar platforms will be a plus. Mainly for B2B (Business to Business) marketing campaigns and not so much on using Facebook ads.

Our primary aim is to increase our engagement / connections on LinkedIn and other marketing platforms by creating successful marketing campaigns that in turn will drive traffic and increase our sales funnel. We're particularly interested in someone who communicates well in English both oral and written since you will also be required to communicate with our suppliers to increase supplier base.

We’re looking for someone who is capable of working under their own initiative, organised, creative and open to make suggestions on how you think you might be able to help us improve ANY areas of our business particularly marketing…

We will start this as a part time position (20 hours per week) but if the successful candidate can deliver positive results we would consider moving this position to a full time position. This is negotiable depending on candidate's qualification.

Skills required:

-Knowledge in using Alibaba, familiar in using Outlook, Skype, and other communication apps (wechat, whatsapp)
-Lead Generation, SEO
-Experience in B2B Digital performance marketing or similar
-Creative sales and marketing writing skills
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Strong organisational skills
-Uncompromised attention to detail
ability to work with minimal supervision and maintains confidentiality
-Proficient in using Microsoft office programs, experience in CRM management and any marketing platform

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, setup and manage all digital communication/marketing campaigns(LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Websites, Mailchimp, Hubspot) for key markets and reach out to our targeted market audience
2. Design and manage effective digital campaigns online
3. Focus on new and innovative ways of increasing client reach & refining of new initiative to increase sales
4. Monitor and optimise channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale
5. Communicate with potential new suppliers, screen them and assist in streamlining suppliers' quotes.
6. Send product briefs to potential trade fair / Alibaba suppliers.
7. Other ad-hoc VA tasks as required.
