JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking VA for entrepreneur who needs someone who is focused and has a very strong administrative assistant back ground and skills. Must have very strong verbal and writing skills in English, very proficient with Microsoft suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Mailchimp,instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Outlook, quick graphics skills is a plus.

You will need to have a Can-Do- Attitude and be a jack of all trades personality and MUST have a strong attention to details, too assist partners onseveral businesses (Manufacturing/ travel/tourism/personal service/ design):

You are amazing at Social Media.

THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE WORK ARE:

Must be able to manage your time

Efficient ( you are able to get much done in one day\

Able to switch gears when needed to help with a task that needs immediate attention.

Able to follow instruction to a a T

Able to ask questions and never assume

PROACTIVE -- you scan and think ahead to prepare for what may be needed down.

I like to talk through priorities on a daily basis and it helps me to be able to batch them into actionable chunks. Once a day, we'll discuss the day's priorities so that I am beginning the day knowing precisely what I need to do. These meetings will also ensure that my priorities and your priorities are aligned each day.
