The right candidate will be passionate about SEO as a discipline and excited for the constant challenge and the thrill of seeing a ranking plan come together, as well as all around excellent web development skills.

We have a proven process for ranking local business websites but are looking for fresh ideas and experience to strengthen our growing team and SEO excellence.

As white-hat as we can be, we are a grey hat organization with an adamant "Do No Harm" mentality and a desire to see results for our clients by bending only the right rules in the right ways.

You will work, daily, with a great team and culture to help address under performing or inconsistent campaigns and assisting with implementing your/our recommendations. While we look forward to your experience, we also require teachability as we need you to learn and implement existing SEO processes and systems.

As you grow with us, you'll be asked to directly assist with developing out systems for more automation and cost-effective rankings.

We require at least 3 years of SEO experience with both on-page and off page SEO. Please be prepared to display detailed knowledge of previously successful campaigns and the processes that lead to your success. If other members of a team provided parts of the success, please be prepared to speak to what you are able to do directly. We also have an innovative approach to google maps ranking that I will personally teach you to implement for our growing list of clients.

Job Requirements:
Analyze, strategize and execute SEO plans for local and national businesses
Expand SEO planning into executable plans.
Work with a team of content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and onboarding assistants to build, organize, and deliver small business rankings on schedule and within budget limits.
Possess a complete grasp of current SEO methods and stay dedicated to changing trends
Wordpress skills

Experience/Skills Requirements:
3 Years of hands-on SEO experience
Prior Linkbuilding & on-page SEO experience
PBN's experience a plus
Scaled outreach a plus
White hat outreach experience a plus
Experience identifying and repairing technical SEO issues
Excellent grammar and written English
PPC/Adwords experience is always a plus
Web development skills

Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suites
Screaming Frog (or equivalent Crawler)

This is a full time gig. Hours flexible. You may work PH Upgrade to see actual infoerview required via skype to verify identity and get to know.
Salary negotiable to grow into earning higher wages as work progresses.
