JOB OVERVIEW

We are now hiring E-commerce CS Specialists (Email Management)
(40 working hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with one hour break, Philippine Time, Rest Days TBD)

Job Description:
- initially will start on a monthly contract and for assessment after a month
- if performance is good a month contract might be extended from 1 month up to 3 months
- after 3 months if consistently performing and able to meet daily metrics, can be endorsed to a regular employment
- responding to customers' emails daily
- daily quota is set per specialist
- daily quota will increase on a daily basis since day 1

-at least 3 years experience in Customer Service/BPO**
- Work experience with Shopify and Zendesk is strictly required**
- We are hiring experienced people to skip the technical training
