We are an established e-commerce brand specializing in DIY repair products and we are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant responsible for Customer Service and Social Media who will support our team while working remotely.

+ Provide
+ Answer customer service questions and resolve issues
+ Find relevant content and write social media posts and blog posts
+ Regularly post on brand social media channels and create engagement
+ Perform research and create influencer lists
Requirements
+ Proven experience in a relevant role
+ Exceptional written English skills
+ Customer Service experience
+ Familiarity with handling Social Media accounts
+ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, online calendars etc.
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Solid organizational skills
+ Stable and fast internet connection
+ Full time availability, work starting at 1 pm U.S. PST time zone
