JOB OVERVIEW

Nexus Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR). This person will be someone who is comfortable making outbound phone calls to physician practices in a sales capacity. You will be asking for the Administrator / Office Manager and asking them a few questions about their practice related specifically to revenue cycle management / outsourced billing and then offering them a couple reasons why other practices like theirs have partnered with Nexus Healthcare Solutions. The ultimate objective will be to pique their interest enough that they will want to schedule a follow up call with a Nexus HS Associate who will be able to expand on your conversation and convert that initial interest into an Opportunity for new business for Nexus Healthcare Solutions.

Preferably, BDR should have some knowledge of medical billing process and workflow.

Daily Objectives:
• 40 to 50 calls per day
• Documentation of calls in SugarCRM
• Goal is to schedule 1 to 2 follow up call per day, 5 to 10 per week, 20 to 40 per month
