Virtual Assistant (Graphic Designer Preferred) for Online Lash Store in NYC

Hi there!
We are a small professional lash brand from NYC, USA. We are looking to hire a virtual assistant ASAP.
Our mission is to offer quality lash extension products and tools at a great price - and also provide quality education through social media and in person training. You will work directly with the owner, and other staff to create and execute marketing tasks. Please read the description below and send us your email for consideration.

Looking for someone WHO CAN WORK in US time (EST between 9:30-5:30pm) We need someone who has Photoshop & Illustrator skills and excellent writing skills.
MUST love the beauty industry, and have thoughts and opinions on the latest trends and professional beauty brands. BIG PLUS if you are familiar with the professional beauty industry. Must have an eye for design, and keep on top of new e-commerce tools and trends. Please be prepared to work independently and produce work – give us your ideas, produce content quickly, and be able to handle a lot of different projects. If you love writing, beauty and marketing - this job is for you.

The Job... You'll work remotely to:
*Daily Social Media engagement and monitoring (liking photos, engaging and finding potential customers through) and upkeep of social media calendar.
*Monitor any spikes in interest and make sure to keep relationships with potential customers.
*Writing content (captions, stories, and posts) and sourcing imagery for Social Media
*Working closely with CEO and marketing team to build brand following.
*Revise copy and writing for articles, education or informational collaterals.
*Assisting with RFQ requests and contact with manufactures via Upgrade to see actual infootoshop, illustrator, iMovie Skills, a huge PLUS! If you have some experience on alibaba that is a plus as well! Must be a beauty lover. :-)
