Can you do backlinks and SEO to help my website rank on Google?

I am looking for someone who knows what will help this website (Upgrade to see actual info) rank well on Google.

I need someone who can give me some good, basic SEO tips that I can implement quickly and someone who also knows about backlinks, and citations.

I want to add a lot of great content that will benefit the most people possible.
