CAD, design and power point

I am looking for someone that can design very detailed sectional drawings of metal structures, beam, extrusions, ect.
Must be a very accurate, fast CAD operator, understand detailed directions, be able to be given a list of instructions and complete the task within the time frames required.

Also looking for the same person to have high skills in design like Photoshop or similar. We require new logos designed, plus our monthly news letter and brochures/ flyers to be created. We require a fresh new vibrant look.

This person would also be proficient in creating power Point presentations for our up coming seminars

Please only reply if you have very high levels of skills in all three requirements.

This is short term but could become full time for the right person.

We are also looking for a website designer/ builder...
