We are looking for an expert Sales Rep/Appointment Setter to join the team and call potential clients to set appointments for our clients' Sales
Job Duties
As an appointment setter, you contact leads, often on cold calls, from a list to explain the services our clients offer and to gauge the interest of the potential client. You answer their preliminary questions and determine how interested they may be in your product or service. Your goal is to encourage the customer to schedule an appointment (by phone) with someone from the sales team who will finalize the sale.
Responsibilities
o Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
o Perform data entry and research as needed by the team or by clients
o Make outgoing calls to generate qualified appointments for sales experts and clients
o Gain initial interest and develop the lead into a fully qualified appointment
o Gaining commitment of key decision makers and accurately recording information to be able to pass information to the clients or salesperson to close the sale
o Following up potential leads in a timely manner
Requirements
o A bright and energetic phone manner and a clear English speaking voice.
o Must have previous appointment setting/marketing experience or outbound experience.
o Able to learn quickly and have a common sense approach to solving problems.
o Able to keep focus and work in a goal driven team environment
o Experience with MS Office suite, Google Docs, and Google Sheets and several CRM software
o A voice recording using any of the scripts here
