JOB OVERVIEW

Customer service is one of the most important pillars for any brand / company, which is why we take our customers very serious and tend to think of them and treat them like family in every interaction. and our support team is our first line of defense in delivering those core values.

That being said, We're a U.S based growing outdoor solar lighting company, looking for a well-rounded, honest and professional customer service Rockstar to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers via email / chat / fb messenger
- Communicate with our fulfillment partner to provide customers with accurate order status and solve their issues with lost or incorrect orders
- Answer customer's concerns and questions regarding our products
- Guide and assist customers with their purchases, discounts and promos
- Assist customers with order returns, exchanges and warranty requests
- Assist management team with simple administrative tasks

TOOLS & PARTNERS WE USE:
- Shopify
- Gorgias (helpdesk software)
- ShipBob (inventory management / fulfillment provider partner)
- G-Suite & Google Docs
- UPS / USPS / DHL eCommerce (Shipping Carriers)
- Basic Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel)
- Facebook Messenger / Gorgias Chat

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must have experience with Shopify.
- Tech savvy / general understanding of how solar lights work (Major plus, but not required)
- Previous eCommerce experience as customer service / chat agent
- The ability to simplify obstacles and find fast and efficient solutions
- Effective Communicator!! Must be able to communicate clearly with both customers & management!
- TEAM PLAYER! Must be able to work efficiently with team members
- Positive "CAN DO" attitude!
- STRONG Attention to Detail.
- Must be able to Read, Write and Speak English PROPERLY
- Must be honest and straight forward (a white lie WILL end your work status with us)
- Must NOT be shy or have any ego when it comes down to asking questions.
- Reliable, Friendly and Efficient (Someone who works smarter, not harder)

SCHEDULE / WORK HOURS
The work day is broken into shifts. Current available position is to cover these 2 shifts (8AM – 12PM) & (3PM -7PM) Pacific Time, Wed - Sun (total of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week)

SALARY & BENEFITS:
$250 - $350 USD/month + monthly bonuses + 13th month bonus! (Full Time)

Must have a reliable internet connection 99% up time in your area!!
