ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a reliable FULL-TIME Virtual Assistant with previous experience to assist us with following:
Software testing:
• Register as Agent account to perform mobile and web-based application testing as follows:
o Create and modify contacts
o Import, export, list management
o Search listings, save listing, share listings with contacts, test all functions of search, save, share, filter, etc.)
o Create and manage transactions from an agent perspective
o Manage transactions and workflow from the Back Office perspective
o Test intergrations with other systems, such as Docusign
o Test PDF and forms management (detailed testing of several hundred fields....mapping, data correctness, etc.).
• Register in back office account to perform mobile/web-based application testing as follows:
- Manage transactions and workflow from the Back Office perspective
- Test intergrations with other systems, such as BrokerWolf
- Test PDF and forms management (detailed testing of several hundred fields....mapping, data correctness, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Must be proficient in English (speaking & writing).
• Must be available to speak to our team directly by phone on skype or chat at all times during your shift.
• Exceptional attention to details
• Prior customer service experience
• Friendly and patient with an ability to handle unpleasant customers and complaints
• Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work
• A trial period is best for both parties

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have personal computer and headset
• Must have reliable internet with AT LEAST A 3 MBPS PLAN or CAN UPGRADE AS SOON AS HIRED (and an alternative internet if the main internet is down)
• Must have IPhone for Mobil testing

08:00am - 05:00pm Mon-Fri CST (9:00pm - 06:00am Mon-Sat PHT)
